FZ-30 / FZ-35

 

FZ-30 and FZ-35 are designed to grow large monocrystalline silicon ingots. The diameter of the ingot can reach 200mm(8"), and the length can reach 2,000mm.

FZ-30 and FZ-35 are the largest float zone pullers in PVA TePla CGS, designed so that its center of gravity coincides with the melt zone. An efficient support system provides self-alignment and protection against external vibrations. The main chamber is equipped with a number of ports for special applications and equipment.
