This squaring saw machine has two parallel diamond precision cutting disks, including the water hydraulic guidance for thin diamond cutting discs as well as cutting force and automatic feed control. It is especially suitable for squaring mono crystalline ingot with diameter from 150 to 210 mm. Segments of 200 – 2500 mm can be processed.
